After public accounting Shannon moved into the corporate sector. She has worked for a fortune 500 company serving science with almost $11 billion in revenues a year as a Senior Financial Analyst. She worked with over 140 finance professionals in her division to provide accounting guidance, clarification and financial analysis. She was the lead for the division with regard to SOX 404 and worked with the company’s international acquisitions team to effectively understand and implement SOX 404.

Shannon, our President and Founder, is a CPA,CFE, Public Notary as well as a Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach. She is also certified in QuickBooks Online and offers discounted QBO subscriptions .  She previously worked within Ernst & Young's Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services group where she gained experience with payroll frauds, purchase price disputes, accounting mal-practice, and causality insurance accounting. She then worked with their Audit and Attestation group for three years. As an auditor she gained experience in various industries including manufacturing, retail, distribution, health care, clean tech, oil and gas, financial services and also was part of an Initial Public Offering. She managed engagements from the planning, testing, review, and issuing client’s financials.
